**Holiday reservations book 1-2 months in advance of the holidays, please submit your holiday boarding reservation requests early!**
Please review the following important information prior to completing your reservation request.
Complete Pet Care will provide all the bedding and toys your pet needs to stay comfortable and happy! To prevent any damage or misplacement of your personal bedding, we ask that you do not bring any for your boarding stay. If you feel that your pet needs something from home, we recommend sending your pet with an old t-shirt or towel that you won't mind not getting back.
CPC is not responsible in the event that the item is damaged or lost.
For the health and safety of all pets under CPC care, they must be current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (dogs only) vaccines, as well as an annual fecal examination. All pets must be free from external parasites.
I understand that if my pet is not current on these items (or I do not provide current records), my pet will be examined and the appropriate vaccines and parasite treatments will be given for an additional charge.
I understand that all pets are handled by caring, trained CPCAH staff multiple times per day. I release Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital and its employees from any liabilities, including any injuries that may occur during regular walks or doggie daycare.
In case of an emergency, I authorize Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital to perform any necessary life-saving procedures on my pet. I understand that additional costs will be incurred for any medical treatments or services provided.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us through email. Please include your name, your pet's name, and the dates of your reservation.

To receive a deposit refund for standard boarding, your cancellation request must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the check in date of your reservation.
To receive a deposit refund for holiday boarding, your cancellation request must be received no later than 72 hours prior to the check in date of your reservation.
A deposit, equal to one night of boarding, is required for all boarding reservations.
