Fees and Payments:
Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital offers competitive pricing on all of our services. We are happy to provide an estimate for any medical or nonmedical services upon request, such as a vet surgery cost or cost of shots. Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Care Credit.
Transferring Medical Records:
In the unlikely event that email is not available, the practice you are transferring from may fax your records to our Falls Pointe hospital at (919) 841-4678, or our Heritage location at (919) 263-9295. Please allow a minimum of 24 business hours for your records to be sent or received correctly.

If you are coming to us as a new client and wish to have your records transferred to us, please ask the practice you are coming to us from to email your pet’s records and request that they copy you. Likewise, if you are transferring away from our practice, if you will provide us with the new practice’s email address, as well as your email address, we will email your records and copy you so that you will have them too.
